It is not an in-app purchase, and it is not sold to solo operators or individual users. An owner-operator working alone gets the app free and buys Pro in the app.
Working on your own? The app is free and Pro is an in-app purchase. You do not need one of these plans, and we would rather tell you that than sell you a seat you have no use for.

Priced for a team, not per seat
Proposal and estimating software is almost always sold per user, per month, before you have added a single salesperson. Qualifier is not sold that way. The $99.99 covers your first 3 salespeople — about $33.33 each per month — and the fourth is $25, not another full seat.
There is no annual lock-in to make it look cheaper, and no per-seat step change when you hire. You pay for the people who are actually selling.
